Unauthorized Payment Processor

March 01, 2021

We have been made aware that a service called “DOXO” is offering to take electronic payment for our water bills. DOXO is not affiliated with West Harrison for purposes of online payments, and we cannot guarantee that payments made through DOXO will be credited to your account before they are due. If payments made through DOXO are not received by the due date, late fees will not be waived. West Harrison has contracted with Payment Service Network to accept electronic payments from our members.
