We have been made aware that a service called “DOXO” is offering to take electronic payment for our water bills.  DOXO is not affiliated with West Harrison for purposes of online payments, and we cannot guarantee that payments made through DOXO will be credited to your account before they are due.  If payments made through DOXO are not received by the due date, late fees will not be waived.  West Harrison has contracted with Payment Service Network to accept electronic payments from our members.  Click on the green Bill Payment button on the right side this webpage to be taken to the link for Payment Service Network.
