Office Open to New Applications and Transfers by Appointment only.

If you need to make a new application or water service transfer please call during business hours to schedule an appointment.  In order to protect the health of our members and limited staff, the office gate remains closed to the public unless you have an appointment.  On site payments should be left in the drop box on the main gate in front of the office.   Cash payments (in an envelope please) should be left in the drop box only during business hours.  No change will be given for cash payments.  As always, payments may be made through the mail or through Payment Service Network.  Click on the green Bill Payment bar for more information about how to pay your bill.  Please call the office phone number (903) 668-2450 for questions or assistance.
